Do you provide packing supplies?Yes, your purchase includes boxes, tape & labels.

How many boxes do I need?The quantity varies; If stuck between two options, opt for the one with less boxes and just add on an extra box.

What is considered a Non-Boxed item?ANon-Boxed item is anything that can not fit inside of a box (i.e. TV's mini-fridge, microwaves, dressers). At least 2 non-boxed items are included with all packages and you can add more as needed for $15 each

Do you store tvs?Yes we do but TV’s have to be in a box. It would be considered a non-boxed item. If we provide the box for the TV there is a $15 fee. We will need a week notice for tv box please contact us via email or phone if you need TV box added to your reservation

I don’t know my address for the upcoming semester, can I still use your service?Yes, prior to the start of the semester, we follow up with our customers to update any changes that may have occurred post-registration. You can add the address at least 3 weeks prior to your move in date. We will send reminder to update your address close to the beginning of the school year.

Are your units climate controlled?Yes, all belongings are stored in climate & pest controlled units.

When do I receive my packing supplies?A week before the scheduled date and time. we will schedule a meet at your school to drop off supplies.

Will my movers disassemble and or reassemble my furniture if needed?No, our team are professional movers only.

I’m moving off campus can I use your service?Our company is campus based if you’re living off campus there is a $50 fee.

Is there anything you can’t move?Nothing over 50 pounds and its also at our discretion; additional fees may be applied for larger personal items

How much is the deposit?The deposit is $50 and will applied towards the remaining balance.

When do I pay the remaining balance due?The remaining balance is due by April. We will send updated invoice with due date in April. Items will not be scheduled or collected for pick up unless balance id paid in full.

Can I reschedule my move?Yes our schedule is flexible so reschedules are accepted. You can reschedule at anytime after booking as long as you reschedule 4 days before your reservation date. If you reschedule within 72 hours of your reservation date there will be $50 fee. The reschedule must also be within the same week of your original reservation date.

Can I cancel my move?Yes, but there is no refunds on cancellations at any time.

Where will my things get dropped off at once they are delivered?Students living in residences with elevators or students who have paid the “no elevator” fee, will receive pickup directly at their door.

What happens if my item(s) are damaged during a move?If there is damage to your items it has to be reported before we leave the property. But we will not honor any damages after we have left the property and you have signed confirming there were no damages. We advise for you to take pictures of all items while in box before and after pick up and drop off. We insure up to $100 per box.

What if i need my delivery delivered outside the time slots available?There is a $50 fee for deliveries outside our available time slots if within the same week

Is there a fee if my dorm doesn’t have an elevator or if the elevator isn’t working?Yes., there is a $100 fee

When can I schedule my pick up for summer storage?Once you have paid full invoice, then you will get email later informing you that the allotted time schedule for your pick up from dorms for the summer break will be posted for you to choose which time best fits for you. Allotted times will be posted in April once we finalize the last week of school according to your school.
